The solution

encontradog concentrates lost and found reports on a single map and cross-matches them automatically. It also gives animal shelters their own adoption portal inside the platform.

In detail

Reporting takes under a minute and requires no prior sign-up. In a search, the friction of the first step decides whether the report exists at all.

Reports age in a controlled way: the publisher gets a reminder, stale information is flagged, and old reports are archived. Nothing is ever deleted.

Partner shelters list their animals for adoption, and current work is heading towards assisted matching between adopter and animal.
