A SaaS factory isn't a studio taking commissions, and it isn't a startup with a single product. It's a structure built to repeat the same process — find, validate, build, operate — across different sectors, with administration, technical work and finances centralised. Each product is autonomous on the outside; internally they share infrastructure, criteria and operation.

Each product has its own brand, design and audience, and none of them look alike from the outside. A school-uniform marketplace and a lost-pet platform shouldn't look alike. What they share is underneath: the same technical foundation, the same criteria for deciding what gets built, and the same people making sure they still work next month.

We use AI intensively in development, and we don't hide it: it's why a small team can sustain several products in production. What AI doesn't decide is what deserves to be built. That part — product judgement, choosing the niche, knowing what to leave out — is still the work.
