Before writing any product, we check the pain is real. We talk to the people living with it and drop the ideas that don't survive that conversation.

PRINCIPLES
We'd rather be essential to a thousand people than irrelevant to a million.
If a product needs daily babysitting to work, it's badly built. We design them to hold themselves up.
Every unused feature is debt someone has to maintain. We drop it before writing it.
The whole portfolio shares a stack, an infrastructure and a set of criteria. A new product starts halfway there.
Shipping is the beginning. What decides whether a product lives is the next six months.
